Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by NewsWave or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant NewsWave a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.

NewsWave provides research tools and information, not investment advice. Content available through the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and data. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewsWave and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NewsWave and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the Services or by email.
